Delivery Service Within Malaysia


Tea Delivered from Tea X to your doorstep


Our standard delivery within West Malaysia takes around seven (7) working days. Delivery to East Malaysia can take around fourteen (14) working days.

Once your order is posted out for delivery, we will send an email to inform you of its dispatch from our warehouse, including a tracking link for your reference.

Self Collection


You can collect your orders from our shop at Shaw Parade, Kuala Lumpur.

Please note, you may request for self collection by contact us or email to Please allow seven (7) working days for us to process your order. You are advised to make a call (+603-2145-1200) to check our opening hours and make sure that your order is ready before making the journey.

Please note that any third parties, for example taxi driver, chauffeur, or any other individuals who are not the customer, will not be permitted to collect the order on your behalf.


International Shipping


We deliver tea to a large number of countries worldwide using a network of experienced tea shippers. International deliveries are door-to-door and are usually completed within Fourteen (14) – Twenty One (21) working days.

Kindly allow a time frame of around 14-21 working days for the order to arrive. Please note that international shipping may require additional time for processing and delivery. If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, please contact our Customer Service team at and we will resolve the issue as quickly as we can.


Important Notes for International Shipping:


Minimum Order Value:

Deliveries outside Malaysia are subject to a minimum order value of MYR 2000.00, excluding the delivery charge, per delivery address.


International Delivery Charges - “TBC”:

If the delivery charges in your online order are marked “TBC / to be confirmed”, then no payment will be taken before we have contacted you by email or phone to confirm that you are aware of and agree to the delivery charges.


Local Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Please note that TEA X has no control over the aforesaid charges and will not be responsible for all costs incurred.

If your order is a gift, please contact us at , quoting your order reference number, as soon as you place the order. We will arrange for you to complete all payments on behalf of the recipient of your gift.
